They started to date, but their lives were tangled with that of his brother Damon. With Katherine’s return, the revelation of the existence of the The Originals threaten to destroy Elena to break a curse, and Stefan and Damon are searching for ways to save her. At the end he is forced to become Klaus’ right-hand man in exchange for saving his brother’s life. Stefan becomes his old ripper-self when off with Klaus. As he returned to Mystic Falls and slowly started to become his old self again, he hears of the kiss Damon and Elena share, making him furious towards his brother. Later, he forgives him and starts to see how Elena feels about him and backing right off. Stefan starts to regain some of his old feelings towards Katherine but has not yet acted on them, he doesn’t even know she’s back in town yet.

Nikita and Michael had a very complicated relationship, they showed it by means of having a hard time hurting each other and hesitating in pointing a gun at each other. But later on they develop a romantic relationship and they keep enjoying each others company. Michael is a rogue Division agent. He was the former head agent, but has gone rogue after finding out Percy’s secrets.  Michael is an overprotective kind of person, especially to the people he loves like Nikita. He will do anything to protect the people he cares about and make sure that they are safe from any harm. Michael is also fond with kids, for him family is more than important, it is special. He seldom smiles, the only time he smiles is when Nikita makes him laugh and when he enjoys the company of his friends. Michael and Nikita have a long history together following their time at Division. It is clear to everyone that the two shared romantic feelings for each other, enough to prompt Amanda, Birkhoff and Percy to joke about it. However, only Michael and Nikita themselves know they actually acted on these feelings in St Petersburg 2 years before she went rogue. Now, they are currently together and about to get their hands on another black box. The two are also about to head to Paris to meet up with Alex, Sean and Birkhoff.

Background: Ryan Fletcher is a CIA Agent and analyst who was framed for the assassination of a Chilean Presidential candidate. He had been tracing leads since Mirko Dadich to confirm that a sanctioned black-ops unit of the government is committing these acts. He was framed by Division, kidnapped by Chilean rebels who attempt to force a “confession” out of him before his own government frames him and he is rescued by Nikita and Owen Elliot. When he is revealed the existence of Division, he becomes Nikita’s ally, promising to help find the group of officials who sanction Division . He then helps Nikita and Owen escape from a CIA plane en route to the States. When he gets home, Division paints the Deputy Director of the CIA as the instigator of the frame-up, before he is killed. Ryan ultimately had to sacrifice his career to get Nikita out of CIA custody after she saved the CIA from being taken over by Division. He was then framed for the deaths of three CIA agent, when in actuality, one of those agents was Division. Gaines came to visit Ryan in prison, discerning that Ryan has a unique skill set to have spotted his system, before paying off a guard to kill Ryan. Ryan fights back and accidentally kills his would-be assassin. While placed in the infirmary, Roan seemingly kills Ryan, but had actually injected him with a poison that it seem like he was dead, his continued survival known only to Amanda, intent on forcing him to help her take down Oversight. Amanda decides to keep Ryan alive. She uses him as a bargaining chip to force Nikita to capture Percy in exchange for Ryan’s release. Birkhoff then set Ryan up in a safehouse.Now he is still continuing to help Nikita, Michael, Alex, Sean, Birkhoff and Owen to bring down Division.
